We started Hong Shin Cosmetics in 2012 with a simple belief. Founders should be free to focus on the part only they can do, building the brand, while a manufacturer they trust handles the formulation, the compliance, and the quality control. Thirteen years and 16 countries later, that belief still runs everything we do.

We handle the parts founders dread. Stability and preservative testing, a certificate of analysis on every batch, and regulatory filing for Canada, the US, the EU, and the UK. You focus on the brand. We carry the rest.

We stay close. A Canadian-owned team manages your project in your language and your timezone, with Taiwan manufacturing and Korean formulation behind it.

How we make it

We specialize in clean personal care. Our in-house teams develop textures and scents, work with botanical and clean ingredients, and run stability and preservative testing before anything goes to production. Every batch is made under ISO 22716 cosmetic good manufacturing practice.
